For example, if you weigh 200 lbs, you should drink at least 100 ounces of water a day. That amount of water is daunting to some and many people find it difficult to drink all the water they need in one day. In turn, they resort to adding sweeteners or flavors that have unhealthy additives and no health benefits. What if there was a healthier alternative? There is!
